Beginning the search

You’ll need a mortgage pre-approval before starting your search unless you’re planning on paying all cash for the home.

The first step is to figure out what your budget is and what you can afford. The good news is that we can help, along with your lender, to determine your monthly payment and price range. Why?

A pre-approved buyer is a stronger bidder and will get you to the closing table quicker!

You can always choose any lender but we also have a list of preferred lenders that can help.

Searching for your home can be a very confusing process, especially if it’s your first home. It is extremely important to find someone who will take the time to sit down with you and go over each step from start to finish, before you begin your home search, and answer your questions. 

Home buyers should always have their own agent on their team. We are here to help put your mind at ease throughout the entire process.

Unfortunately, some buyers make the mistake of calling the listing agent directly to show them homes they are interested in. The listing agent represents the seller and their interests, not the buyers.

As your buyer’s agent, we will make sure that your needs are met during the whole process. We always have your best interest in mind, providing you all relevant information to help you make an informed decision.

Create Realty Partners will negotiate, exclusively on your behalf as the home buyer, a reasonable and fair purchase price, terms and other pertinent conditions. We will not disclose information provided by you to others without your consent, keeping your financial information and price intentions confidential.

Since it is our goal to find you the perfect home at a price you can afford, it is important to keep an open mind and be flexible during your home search. Most likely, we will find your new home in less than three appointments. We take care of planning and scheduling a showing for every house that you want to see.

If you see a house you like in an ad or a sign in the yard, give us call us. We will research and provide you information on that property and set up a showing for you. 

If you see a for sale by owner (FSBO) property you like, let us contact the owner and make an appointment for you.

As your experienced buyer’s agent, we also have several professionals such as mortgage companies, inspection companies, closing attorneys and other services that we can recommend to you. We go over all the steps including: what to expect from a home inspection, explaining closing costs, review financing clauses and any other questions or concerns you may have.

Multiple Listing Service (MLS) is a site where listing agents promote their available homes to other real estate agents. Using Create Realty Partners as your buyer’s agent will get you access to the MLS via your own client portal. Homes listed for sale will have the most up-to-date and accurate information. Popular online sites are great for browsing, but unfortunately the information on these sites are often inaccurate.
